We needed to sell a house rental in favor of lower maintenance rental townhomes/condos using a 1031 exchange.

We were concerned that we could pull off the purchase side given the very hot market and 1031 time limits. Stephen was able to get us significantly above list price on the sell side and had both purchased properties under contract at competitive prices before the 1031 exchanged property was closed.
